Google SEO Ranking: Factor 11 Title Tags Start with Keyword

If you haven’t noticed a pattern already every word matters. Search engines take into account the amount of inaccuracies that your website may present.  Because title tagging is one of the most important on page ranking factors for user searches you want to do this properly.

Here at Zeal88 Business Consulting we have set together a small list of title tag do’s and don’t

  • Do keep it within 50-60 characters
  • Keyword placement (this blog)
  • Brand name
  • No duplications
  • Do not stuff keywords
  • Make your headlines a <h1> tag

As for the keyword placement think about what users are most likely to recognize or search for. The most important ones should be first as for the least important factors should be at the end. Such as your brand name on the end of each title.

Here is an example:

<Pizza Handmade From Scratch In New York Pizzeria>
